Sibelco acquires Viaton Industries
Global minerals provider, Sibelco, has this week announced completion of its acquisition of Viaton Industries Limited, the UK-based specialists in mineral fillers for use in chemicals and coatings.
The Viaton deal forms part of Sibelco’s strategy for growth through the acquisition of associated businesses and supports its expansion in core markets such as coatings. The Viaton plant will immediately become a fully integrated part of Sibelco’s UK operations. Read more>>
